What started as a family passion has grown into a dream shared by Earnie, Shanna, and their daughter, Stephanie. Together, we're building more than an apiary—we're creating a place where hard work, family, and a love for the land come together.
Every hive is cared for with intention because we believe healthy bees produce exceptional honey. Our bees spend their days foraging among Texas wildflowers, creating the unique flavors and golden color found in every jar of our raw, unfiltered honey. Each harvest reflects the season and the incredible work of the bees themselves.
But Graf Apiary is about more than what goes into a jar.
